@Lynne - We bought that red toy with the rope from at the vet. It is made from bamboo fibre, which seems to be holding up quite well. we were at the vet last week for Loki's last jab and they still had some. Heading there in a few days, I will get you the name of the product, I am sure they are available everywhere or online
