Editing software
Any recommendations?
I want just a basic editor which will allow me to easily cut out images, stick them on a different background and allow me to make logos and banners etc. Nothing fancy.
I have tried a few free ones and they are not good, GIMP is the closest i came but it has crashed now. I used to have photoshop (back in the days it was easier to "get") but i lost it when my computer crashed.
I am willing to spend about £200 but i will need to save that up. But im not no way spending like £600 for Adobes newst bunch of rubbish - seriously who makes up their prices.

Re: Editing software
Can't you do most of that with Photoshop Elements? I think it is much less expensive.

Re: Editing software
The best is Photoshop but as you say it costs. With trial downloads it works on your local machine regitry so it clocks 30 days from installation and then locks. Some allow just so many times you open the software.
