I think it'll affect everyone to some extent.

The thing is, if the government spent wisely it wouldn't need to be raised, but what government (of any political party) has ever spent wisely?

It will effect everyone, but it won't really notice on smaller things! Our goverments a sham as it is, they will all get huge bonuses at the expense of us Surprised
