This morning is offensive!

I'm not easily offended but the cook on This morning just said that "hippie parents forcing a child to eat a healthy vegan diet is child abuse and they are better fed a fatty diet!" Ok yes they need fat for their brains, i dont agree in forcing a child to eat vegan until they want to make that choice themselves, but basically saying that all vegan/veggie are stupid hippies and child abusers!

Does he not realise he is on TV?

warren not worried about the hippy part, but i found it offencive that he suggested hippies are child abusers because they dont feed their child properly. as opposed to the parents who feed thier child on iceland pizzas?!!?

Hayley, I agree with you. A vegan diet wouldn't be for me, but my kids went to school with a couple of vegan kids & they were very healthy, lively, intelligent kids!

I live in hippyville and I don't know where that guy comes from to think they abuse children by feeding veggie. Know lots of them here, but most let their kids choose. The tv person sounds kinda aggressive to me. Where does the idea that hippies are all veggie come from? Lots eat meat... (I'm not a veggie or hippy so I will make my disclosure of ignorance now).

^ this is true. i have a hippy friend who is literally just a carnivore, he won't eat anything that hasnt got meat in it lol
