Smile Swimming practice

Post by Walpuri Sun Jun 17 2012, 10:35

A couple of weeks ago I took my puppy to the lake for a swim and she didn't understand at all, what she should do in the water Surprised My funny little dog almost drowned!
So, I bought her a floating vests or in her case I would say life-jacket Big Grin and yesterday we tried again....

Are you crazy, I'm not coming...

Ahhh bless her, at least she had a go. I'm sure she will get to grip with it after some practice sessions.

I know bless them, they start off going forward and quickly lose momentum and start to sink! I think my skibadee could do with a life jacket, where did you buy it?

Staffy = Do first and think later Rolling Eyes

Here they sell life-jackets for dogs in every pet shop. Try some online store, if they don't sell those in your local shop.

Blue can't get enough of swimming. He she's a puddle and he tries to swim across it.
Love these pics and love the jacket.. Swimming is a great exercise for them. Blue is always shattered afterwards.
Thanks for sharing. She is a cracker Love Struck

Fantastic pics and looks like she's really enjoying it Love Struck

really hoping we can get Tommy interested in the water , he doesn't seem to have any fear of the bath or the hosepipe so its a start, and then hope his big sister will follow when she realises she is being a wuss, big test will be the Cornwall beaches end of July Smile
