Brought back memories of my youth! I used to go and see skibadee a lot in my teens, saw tali a few times too towards the end of my raving career!

Haha! I didnt think anyone on the forum would know where their names came from! I know I named them in the height of my partying days. Gotta calm down now think the next ones going to have a nice conventional name!

Yeah but I didnt name her! Come to think of it neither did my boyfriend she was his ex's. I had to bribe him into a litter of puppies so I said he can choose the next ones name. I have absolutely no idea what he is going to come up with. However ridiculous it is or how much I hate it I havent a leg to stand on! He will probably choose a really embaressing name just to wind me up

I wish I still felt that way inclined sometimes as these days I'm much more happy curled up on the sofa with my dogs! I'm like an old woman you wouldn't think I've not yet hit 30!

Wacky Zaky was Skibadee's dad he was stunning! Unfortunately I havent managed to get in touch with the breeder again though have met one of her half-brothers. And Galadriel - Tell me about it, I prefer a film and a few squishy staffys to all-night partying nowadays!

20? Wow, that's good. I knew she was getting on a bit, but I didn't know she was quite that old. She's doing well!

your dogs look really happy chill-axed and wellloved! my partner and i were raving back in 1990! how scary is that im now 42 now went to a (oldies rave night) jubilee weekend and im still recovering! much rather be home with my dogs nowdays!

Thanks everyone such nice comments. Meg is spoilt by my OH, its quite amazing though how healthy she is for her age. Shes only lost 1 tooth and apart from a really delicate tummy isn't actually that geriatric! She still comes for little walks and gives the staffs a run for their money when she eats!

Nosipho is my affix or kennel name, it means 'Mother of a Gift' in zulu.

I realised it was a Zulu name. I was wondering if you had a Zulu connection.

Not Particularly, i have a lot of friends from Africa and just liked the name tbh!
