Vets for Kodi (pics)
Lil man's got vets in morning for a bald patch thats appeared and is now spreading to his ear, My mum (a vet) had a quick look at lunch when she was here said it dont look like mange but she wont rule it out, it seems like an allergic reaction possibly to the stronghold he had few weeks back, or could be another "reaction" to the Pero food hes allergic too my poor little mans not having much luck at the moment.
So the food allergy and this bald patch is being checked at 9.30 am tommorrow.
He's going on Royal canin hopefully monday if tests prove hes ok with that.
Here's a couple of pic's of his "patch" sorry couldnt catch it to good in the light cos its more thinning than bald if that make sense

I hope the poor little thing gets sorted out soon.
We have got Polly referred to a vet who specialises in allergies to get a proper diagnosis on what is causing her skin problems, maybe you can get your vet to do a skin scrape while you are there to rule out the mange mites for you.

Sorry Janey I had to pop to town straight after vets so only just had time to get on here
Well hes not got mange which I was worried about He's allergic to the Pero food, JWB AND nature diet along with a few others (all what i'd tried him on!!), got to wait for test results but its "likely" to be a vegtable he's on straight swap to Royal canin vet diet for 2 weeks to see how he goes and if the hair grows back then back in for a check again and more tests if this hasnt helped.
Hes also had the test for stronghold as they think hes also allergic to that aswell.
Poor boy!!
He's not a silly boy tho vet got needle out he took one leap and landed round my neck (theres often out breaks of parvo round here so hes had a 3rd jab to be safe as hes black & tan they dont fight it as well) hes not going to be a happy boy as kennel cough jab next week
Hes now feeling very sorry for himself as he got soaked and is sitting on the other sofa throwing me evils >
I'd just bought 30kg of Pero puppy but lucky flogged them to me mother

Well you'll just have to wait and see what the results are, RC vet diet was a god send when Moo was ill, I hope that really helps.
As for using your pup as a doggy pin cushion ! He'll forgive you, its all for the best, cheers for letting me know

Re: Vets for Kodi (pics)
Well at least you can rule out mange then I guess that's something. It's helpful to know that he has the allergy and you know what to avoid.
I dont like the sight of needles either so can completely symapthise with him there Our vet was good on that one, Rocky dosn't see the thing at all just feels it
Overload of hugs and cuddles today me thinks >< >< ><
