i got sometype of bug

i thought it was because i was eating to much fruits but i stop eating them for about 3 days and i'm still like it.... so i am having a a free food day to try to kill it off

Dont forget to drink plenty of fluids (non alcoholic variety though) this humid weather saps your body and you need to replace the fluids lost, this will make you feel drained too.

That's why you should take the immodium - you're losing too many body salts. You need to make them up again before you can start to feel any better.
