2012 RSPCA Million Paws Walk (Western Australia)

Well today was the day for the walk..we went to a small country town for it, but in Perth, the capital, they got thousands turn up...Brunswick Junction, where we went only had about 30 dogs!! I was talking to a lady whose little dog was killed last night by her neighbours 2 staffy crosses....very sad...She said the dogs never got walked and were always going bonkers at the fence....Why do these morons own dogs??!! The rangers have taken the dogs away... ) Anyway we went for a lovely walk along the river....Afterwards, on the way home, we stopped off at Logue Brook Dam, and had a picnic lunch. The boys had a swim and mucked around in the water...and we went for a bit of a bush walk. Jethro was such a good boy and he walked for miles today..as I write this they are both fast asleep!

Sounds like Perth had a bit of a turn out then, but you had a more sedate affair.

Love the little Kelpie they are such good looking dogs too. Well done to Winston for finding a delicious stick, he'll have sticky poo tomorrow
