Whats best for dehydration?

Not been well so im very dehydrated. I have been drinking water non stop but i still seem to be dry. Is there anything i can take which will help? Ive heard of sachets you can get in the chemist or somewhere but are the worth it?

It will some time for the water to work through your system and get your body caught up. Other than an IV Gatorade could also help

The sachets are supposed to be very good they give you back all the minerals you have lost

Yes, they are very good. You're thirsty not just cause you need water, but because you need the other nutrients you've lost. If you drink too much, you flush out a lot of what you need to keep!

Water or any isotonic drink will help drink plenty and often

I tried some lucozade, i don't think it's actually good but its nice hehehee.

Im feeling much much better, im not so tired today. And that feeling that anything i drink/eat is just sitting in my stomach waiting to come back is gone.

Dioralyte is fab. We were prescribed them when the kids had norovirus last year and they worked wonders. Glad you are feeling better!
