they said it only worth £30 in scrap

I don't understand how people can do this, it's so upsetting for the parents. It's gotten really bad here. A couple of years ago people went around breaking headstones in the cemetery. Not long ago a teddy was stolen from the grave of my friends son that she had lost to cot death. It's sickening
