There's big (Dane) and there's stupid (photos) , as some of you know my lad has 2 English Bull Mastiff andf they are big enough , him and his OH had a bit of a scrap over the 2nd one as she wanted to get a great Dane but he managed to convince her a 2nd Bull Mastiff was the way to go. Great big daft friendly dogs though

If not Photoshop, then clever angles. I saw a documentary about the guiness world record biggest dog in the world, and he was big, but not as big as some of these guys.

I love giant breeds. English Mastiffs and Newfoundlands are my favourites. I wish I had more space, time and money. I'd have Charlie, a Mastiff, a Great Dane, a Newfoundland, an American Bulldog and a Leonberger.

The first one is definitely photoshopped! It's a Newfoundland, and I very much doubt if it could get that big! If you look at the woman's hands where they are supposed to be in the dog's coat, it looks a bit strange. The rest of them actually look right. You've got a Great Dane and an Irish Wolfhound among them & they're two of the biggest breeds you can get!

I couldn't have a giant breed - I don't think I could face the fact that even in good health you're not likely to have them more than 7 years!
