Ok, a long shot, but does anyone think it would be possible to do a big staffy meet somewhere with as many as possible? Try to get the press to turn up or something and report that there are alot of good staffies too? Or am I just dreaming? Or maybe get lots of people to do their own peices about their staffies for papers and websites? I think more needs to be done to get the good staffies in the papers to make the general public aware they are not all vicious beasts.

If you do manage to get a whole bunch of people there, make sure there's someone with a camera. The press won't want to turn up, but some of the local papers might be interested if you approach them with the story/pics/videos.

I can imagin it would be a nightmare to organise, but then again I struggle to organise getting ready for school on time I don't know any people with staffies, only you, so I don't have a clue where to start. And then where would it be held?? I dunno, maybe it is just wishful thinking. I will deffinatly be trying to sort out a peice to go in the local papers though.

i love event planning. i wouldnt be able to go myself though which kind of takes the fun out of it haha

I have been thinking about organizing a staffi walk for charity. Shame we live miles apart. Be great if we could hold a national "staffi" day and have stuff happening all over the country, that would make big news!...now I'm dreaming too!
