Dangerous Pitball !!!

I the sun news paper today, page 4 i think, a small tiny little peice right down the bottom corner of the page on a pitball,,,,, " A train hit pitball lilly aged 10 while she dragged her unconsceince owner off the tracks costing her a paw.",,,, and thats it ???????? now if the dog had bit her owner jesus it would be front page news all around the nation, but it just goes to show that these dogs are not mindless stupid viscous nasty dogs but in fact very smart clever extremly loving, willing to give there life for there owner, dogs. absolutly loved it when i read that

There are lots of stories about hero pittys, they are very courageous.

im suprised it got too the papers at all. should be front page news imo. dogs are amazing.

What a very courageous dog, just very sad that he was so badly injured himself in the process.

Its sad you only hear the bad stories,the reallity is there are no bad dogs only the D***heads at the other end of the lead,i met aldy when i eas walking Olly her dog and olly playing ,she told me about a 7 year old at her school whoose father is training there staffy to go for dogs etc so it will protect them! what a wonderful world we live in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best one I read (I think on here) was about a Pit that saved the mum and grandmas life from a snake and got bit and died itself In Australia if I remeber correctly , have to go looking

Always nice to hear a good news story. too bad they don't recieve nearly as much media attention though

That brought tears to my eyes (and that isnt an easy thing to do!) what a brave dog! Why aren't stories like these printed with a big heading and everything, the same as if the dog had attacked? It really annoys me

i know i read about that over here too, i was tearing up as i read it. poor thing. she actually got HIT by the train too. she lived correct?
