Have been coming to the forum for help and advice over the last 6 weeks.. Since the day we got our rescue pup in fact. Figured it was probably about time we got signed up!

My boy is called Thomas. He is a lovely 1yo staff.. Who likes to chew and is way too clever for his own good!! Hence the moniker, Evil Genius. (altho, as you can see, i had an issue with typing when i registered and managed to get a bit key-happy. If anyone can shed some light on how to edit your username, i would be reeeally grateful!)

However, despite the destruction and his canny ability to open doors, he is lovely. Perfect with little people, big people, big dogs, small dogs.. Can sit, stay, down, leave, his recall is good..

After learning lessons the hard way and changing door handles and using a vat of Vick, i think we are making good progress! No chewing at all yesterday.. : )

Anyway, enough with the essay, just wanted to thank you all for the sound advice and for helping me feel like im not the only one who finds it hard! Thank you. xx

Ohhh.. Ok, I will do that. Cant have everyone thinking im a complete muppet! also, there is a picture of an envelope flashing at me and saying New. But i cant click on it and dont know where to look for messages!!

Any ideas?
