cant get google!

every time i try to click on google it comes up as snap some things gone wrong try and reload,so try n reload and it wont.thing is i got staffy bull nice board as i never completely close it down,i always keep it on the bottom of the page(computer is shut down at night)and i can post on here so i must have some sort of internet,i got connection just cant google any thing,any one help please!

what happens if you type in www.google.co.uk directly into the top , or can you follow other links posted

tried and it just came up the same,snap ect ect.at the top of page its got a lillte sign with http/www.google,if i hoover over it ,it comes up google not available,sorry dont know how else to explain,rubbish with computer's

what OS are you using xp, vista, win 7 or something else?

do you know how to take a screenshot?

Hi Stella I'm assuming you are using Google Chrome as your web browser, as its the only one I know of that states a warning with "snap some things gone wrong", I find that its 9 time out of 10 its a general error with no real reason thats easy to be seen.

I would recommend you open Internet Explorer and go too https://www.google.com/chrome and download & install a new version.

This should update the original install with out wiping any of your bookmarks and saved passwords.
