Hairless spots... Empty Hairless spots...

Hi,
My name is Alex and i have a Eng: Staffy named ROCCO.. He is 5 months old and he is getting this rashes kind of thing and the hair in that area starts to fall off.

In this matter what should i do? is there any cream or something that i can apply on him...?

Hi welcome.

What colour is your dog?

You should get him checked out in case its allergies to fleas or something. It could also be genetic. It could also be worms. To be sure you can post a pic or describe it a little more detail

I have taken him for the vaccination and i'm already giving the worming treatment every month as well.

Hmm. Could be mites. Have you taken him to the vet and had him looked at? Might also be allergies.

any news ?? we have just found quite a few scabby little spots on Tilly that sound similar but no hair loss at the moment , she will be going to the vets for a checkout on wednesday Tilly's black and brindle as well

Hi & welcome.

I'd say that it's more likely an allergy than mites. It looks the wrong place for the onset of Demodex.

Have you looked for any plants in your garden/out on your walks that could be irritating him? An antihistamine tablet could help - in the UK we can use Piriton, but you haven't said where you're from.
