Skye Empty Skye

This morning skye's poop was fine, however the last hour she has had 3 bouts of runny poop only small amounts with small amount of Red blood in, the poop is almost mucosy?
Im really worried and if it carries on she will be down the vets! .. she is fine in herself still eating running round and drinking.
has anybody else experienced this?

Hope she is okay. Suki did this a couple of months ago as well as lots of vomiting. We thought she may had eaten something and obstructed or blocked a bowel so we took her to the vet.

Well yday she never went for a poop for the rest of the day, my guess is because she went so many times runny she had nothing left .. i fed her some rice and tuna last night and she still never pooped
This morning she had a poop, it started of normal and ended up ploppy/lumpy i checked it and all i could find was bits of carrot she ate yday and lots of white bits i think could be the rice? .. but no blood!!! Smile i will be checking her poop still but im HOPING it was just a one of for a simple reason such as straining etc.
shes still her usual crazy self eating fine and drinking fine

That's great there was no blood and she is eating and drinking fine. Fingers crossed all will be back to normal soon.
One of the joys of having a dog - checking out their poop Laughing

Never a day goes by on this forum without the mention of poop!!! Laughing

Glad she's better today. It could be that some of the plastic bed irritated her intestines & upset her a bit. Hopefully it'll have passed through & things'll settle down again.

Every once in a while mine have the same thing. Usually from eating sticks or something in the yard. Usually only happens second poo of the day and goes back to normal by next day. They like to frighten us I believe.
