Sorry you lost your Dad >< I lost me mam at 23 and I was lost in life but our 2nd Border Collie Ben (mam's dog) saw me through it, tried to talk me dad round when I got first married to let me take him as he was missing all his excercise but he wouldn't give up so me and the OH used to go round all the time to take him out and we used to steal him from the house for the night and leave dad a note when he had gone out and left him home alone. Our X was my OH shadow till we had to have him pts. My first one we grew up together from 4 - 20 and did everything together ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

thank you, sorry about your mum its amazing how much they really halp dogs, i got stan about a year after my dad passed so his named after his grandad (middle name) stan and tara have been my rocks thats for sure .
When i moved away i couldnt take tara and my mum was still able too look after her at that point. This may sound bad but she was the one i really missed moving away from my family so i jumped at the chance too have her here, my mum was coming down and i asked her too bring tara, jokingly she said ill leave her with you i said thats fine didnt even ask the oh lol and she has a great life here with us much better than she was having at my mums.
Dogs are amazing animals x
