Jett has the squits! :(
yesterday he had the squits..he usually does 2-3 poops a day but he did 5 yesterday.
this morning he did one straight as he got up and it was really runny.at about 9am he did another that had some blood and mucus in it and then a couple of minutes after he did 4 more which were just blobs of blood and mucus (about a tablespoon full each time). He had something like this last year when he was about 4-5 months old.
I just hope it isn't parvo.the only thing i can think of is the american bulldog puppy i rescued 2 weeks ago as i didn't know if she was vaccinated or not,and also when the local druggies dog got into my garden and pooped everywhere.I don't think that is vaccinated either.
If he's still doing it after dinnertime I'll deffo take him to the vets (just so you guys don't think i don't care about him) I cant now as i'm on a course
also I've read some post on here for upset tummys so I'm going to take advice off there and not feed him so if theres something in there it can clear out.

Re: Jett has the squits! :(
poor mite hope its not serious. your right though not to feed him just yet till you have been to the vet. plenty water down but if he doesnt drink as much as you would like see if he will play with an icecube or 2 licking that will get some fluid in there and its cool in this weather too. keep us posted the poor love
