maria now not the time to quit if you cant last the day you will know when the right time is when you cant be bothered to smoke you need to have the right frame of mind or you will just start again .
i dont care what the experts say you cant just quit at any time the time needs to be right and all the aids you can get dont help if im truthfull its all down to will power .
i used the inhalators for a week to get me going then since then use nothing.

im not having a dig at you but the amount of times iv quit just to start again and get dishartend is not worth trying .
