Grub! Empty Grub!

Had my first bash at authentic italian cooking tonight .. not Dolmio for a change Laughing

Pretty simple recipe, not too many ingrediants (compared to my indian cooking) ... worked a treat ! Big Grin OH had seconds Surprised ... I can see an italian theme night coming on, with food, wine, candles and sh!t Big Grin ... just need to stick a pair of horns on Max and get a red sheet and we're away Big Grin .... OH LAHYY!!

Good job Andy! I always tell my wife that cooking is a 50/50 thing. She cooks, I eat. Sounds good to me, but authentic italian with all the goodies? I can't think of a better idea myself. Gotta be my fav food, especially authentic lisagnia. Only had it a few times, but it is so good, its no wonder there is a mafia.
