usual the dog wardens come and take the dog and then find after a day or 2 left to calm down that the dog is not agressive and was just acting out of fear. this was never given a chance

the police handled the whole situation badly should of gone in with a dog handler. the owner sounds like a scum bag at the end of the day you can see that type of dog in the wrong hands could and did cause a serious amount of damage!
