How much exercise...
is enough? Summer is 7 months old and we take at least two walks a day that are a mile long. Is that enough or should we do more? She seems to want more but I do not want to do anything that would be to much for her still developing body.

Re: How much exercise...
The website might have the guidelines becuase I'm not completly sure. I'm at work right now and for some reason it won't connect to the site. I don't think a little further will hurt just build up slowly.
The are devolping ligaments and their skeletal system until 18-24 months. Walking won't damage them but do keep away from high impact activites like weight pulling, running or jumping on hard surfaces, backpackin and slingpoles until then.
