Photo editor (FAO steve)

Hey. So i have made my own forum (from the same place you did Steve) and i need to make backgrounds and headers n the like. Anywho, i was wondering what you used for yours? Or if you know of any cheap ones? I dont have 200 to splash on photoshop lol

also, did you use CSS for the header/logo? i can't get mine to conform to all screen sizes and it looks ridiculous.

lol my biggest problem is the fact that i can't make a decent BG or logo cause i just don't have the programmes for it. mums in a good mood though, might try and persueade her to get photoshop. she could use it ;]
