Thanks for the comments everyone. He's 18 inches at the shoulder. His great grandad was a presa canario, that's why he's so big.

Ooo really thats very interesting. Great how you managed to trace it back. When Romeo was a pup I had a couple of people ask if he was a presa puppy but I think the chances of that are very remote. I had never heard of the breed till two people mentioned it!
