Does your dog like the cold?
Dempsey hates it, he's really depressed at the moment. Spending all his time at the back of his crate or in front of the fire!

Re: Does your dog like the cold?
Blue loves it. Normally on walks he walks by my side. Since the snow he bounces down the road like some excited pup. I can't control him lol
Inside it's hard to tell as he loves his comforts when it's hot. He would be under the duvet covers of my bed all the time if he had the choice.
But im depressed with it. That sitting in front of the fire sounds good though

Al would play all day out in the snow if we let him although Sukie and Tasha hate it they would rather be in the house infront of the fire with a blanket over them!

Cassie would play and be excited in the snow but it wont last long then she'll start shivering and i'd have to jog with her or get her inside. Taz doesn't seem to mind any weather except the wind he doesn't like it blowing in his ears or around him back end.

Don't worry Caryll, it's not just Dempsey, Dizzy hates it too. She goes out at rocket speed, does a wee whilst turning round, then runs back in the door and is on the sofa and 'asleep' before I can even shut the back door! Taz doesn't seem to mind it too much and will quite happily go and sniff round the garden while I stand there with the door open waiting for him! x

Re: Does your dog like the cold?
Molly isn't too keen on the cold, if the heater is on in the living room she will spend her entire time curled up in front of it. We had a little snow, took her outside as it was falling and she just barked at it and ran back inside, however if she sees snow that's settled on the ground, she'll bark and dig at it.

lol yep we get rain, most of the state of Queensland is flooded at the moment under 15-17 metres of water- luckily we didn't get the floods. My old home town and a town where i have family are pretty much gone, all u can see are the roofs. but today is a lovely warm sunny day- ahh perfect lol. Sorry to rub it in.

Re: Does your dog like the cold?
Jasmine isn't too keen on the cold either, but she hates the rain more. If it's raining she will either refuse to go out or if really desperate, she'll run to the big tree in the middle of the garden to crouch under to do her 'business' and then run as fast as she can back in, lol

Know that feeling oh too well!! Problem is my big tree is in the middle of a park so takes me & her 10mins to get too! By that time I'm soaked and she's right miserable!
