He looks spot on to me, cant see where you could loose it from other than muscle and that would be a shame as he is a fine looking dog

No way! He's in top form! The only idiots that would say that are the ones that have dogs with sticking out ribs and think they look ripped, like those skinny teenage boys who think they're muscle-bound because they can see their abs. My boy is 24kg and I'd guess a couple of inches shorter then Jock. He's not overweight and Jock certainly isn't.
