I just put kennys ped on SBT pedagree (stamvalar) or something, im concerned, a friend just told me that i shouldnt, because a friend of hers done the same and somebody stole the pedagree. How can they do tha XX

Pedigree details are easily obtained from many sources! Any unscrupulous person can 'use' a fake pedigree, and if you write to the kennel club with a dog's registered name you can obtain (on payment of a fee) a 5 generation pedigree of that dog!
Being on the database is no more dangerous than registering your dog with the kennel club!

Yes, but what I mean is that it's no more dangerous to post something on the pedigree database than registering your dog with the KC. As long as you don't put your personal details (like address & phone no.) there shouldn't be a problem.
The difference with the database is that you can click on any dog on your dog's pedigree & see that dog's full pedigree as well (as long as someone has entered its details in). It's a useful tool!
