Just bought Tilly a new sofa :D

On the positive for everyone as I was quite surprised, we just went down to the local retail park in Stoke this morning (Festival Park) to look for a corner suite for us all . Took Tilly and just as a joke I was showing her them all from outside and looking for approval. We were at CSL. Anyway to cut a long story short we all got invited in by the sales lady and the manager and we came out 2K lighter But I was really sold on the fact that they would a) allow a dog in the shop that wasn't a guide dog b) allow a staffy in the shop and c) made a real fuss of her which she loved , including some water .
One complaint though , they weren't keen on the idea of Tilly taking the couch for a test run

But me what a sucker , and it seems like I'm a sucker for love my staffy and I'll buy anything from you.......................

nice shop shame on you for giving in though but on the plus side who doesnt love shopping and then getting new things

First reaction from me was "What a suprise for letting a dog in the sofa shop"

but then I thought well why not "The dog will probably spent more time on the sofa than me anyway". It may as well have his seal of approval

I'm no fool Maria and it was definitely a snatched sales ploy , but there was some genuine Staffy love there as well. I was just won over a little as it is a big chain and they all have their politics, bet she wouldn't get through the door of DFS no matter how much I was spending .

Whether it was a sales ploy or not... it worked and Tilly has a new sofa!
