What do you collect?

Does anyone collect anything here , random or not?

I collect bad taste bears and have done since i was 12, this is an old photo of some of them

Mostly Emperor Penguin stuff.

Really old leather bound volumes of poetry. Getting harder to find though but get a good one now and then at car boot sales or flea markets.

Haven't really got anything collected anymore. Have a big thing of baseball cards my mom did for me when i was younger, trying ot get rid of them. I guess I'm trying to get penguin stuff for my bathroom, I have the shower curtain and accs. I like to do scrapbooking, I'm not real high-tech into it yet, and don't know alot of things about it. Pretty much I collect junk lol.


those bad taste bears are super funny, ive only seen them around here back in the late nintys and early 2000's and then theyve dissappeared.

Well its quite a collection, the 2 salad compartments of my fridge are fit to burst, for some reason I never ger around to cutting them up and throwing them away (I do have to do it every few months when its too full)!

And these are just some of my collectables, I have millions more, but they are now packed away ! This was the first Penguin item I ever bought, I had it from my previous job :

iv got fifty odd zippo lighters never really bothered with them for 3-4 years as thay can cost anywere upto 150 splid

Lol, I collect pets. It was one a year for the last 3 years (Last year, though, I actually got 3 new pets, Saxon and the GerBulls).

I don't collect anything but then I really struggle with clutter and I'm a clean freak (very OCD) so the thought of having loads of ornaments everywhere that need to be dusted just brings me out in a sweat

Have you seen the movie Misery? She had three little collectable penguins... it got him in some big trouble!

Oh I suppose I collect pets too but it's abit more then 1 a year!

I have - great film ! Don't remember the Penguins though, although next time I will make sure I pay more attention

many years ago i had a rescue dog who was part wolf. that may be where it started for me. btw; i wish people would stop breeding dogs with wolves

I don't really collect anything that I can think of...
when I go overseas I always try the local beer and bring a label home from it - but that's just a souvenir type thing...

I tried to collect stamps back in the day and my brother and I had ice cream tubs full of them but that didn't last long - my grandpa collects stamps and he has thooooousands of them, boxes full of them and they are worth a lot of money

he had one valued a while ago and the bloke said it was a great find and was worth a lot and grandpa was chuffed and said "I've got 10 more at home!"

I have been known to collect DUST.....does that count

any newer members collect anything?

I am rebuilding my collection of Snow Globes with my husbands help, as he bought me my first one. When I was younger Dad was in the military and went away a lot, he'd return with a snow globe. I had many Disney ones and many others from places he had been. We wont get into what happened to them. but none were salvageable. ... First year my Husband and I were together he bought me a Disney Snow globe and had it engraved and it plays my favorite classical piece. So, It's quite a small collection now compared to what I once had. But It'll get there again I'm spoilt rotten

Probably doesnt count but i have a few Harry Potter things.

Photo frames, pens, pencil cases, Wands, magnets, boxes from stuff, stickers, posters, boooooooooks, tickets, penises (aka went to london to see equus cause Daniel Radcliffe and Richard Griffiths were in it ...so saw penis) Harry Potter studio tour on my own. Kind of going to Florida on my own for Harry Potter world

I used to collect boy Cabbage Patch Kids, here is a pic of the baby boys, the bigger ones are behind but I didn't fancy a face full of dust to move them all out!

I have started to collect bank notes. If you have any I would be very greatful if you sent them to me free of charge. I am currently looking for £5, £10, £20 & £50 notes
