Personally I wouldn't leave dry food down all day, but its been a long time since I had a pup.

Is she still on 3 meals a day? If she is maybe cut down to 2, I always found that easier to judge.

I would go with the guidelines on what the food says, and then judge on the amount of exersize. What food is she on?

If I remember rightly at that age they will eat everytning and anything they grow so fast so I doubt you could over feed her xX

She doesnt really need wet food if u are feeding her a high quialty dry food. Most wet food (unless its a good one) dont have much nutritional value as its mostly made up of water. Dont leave food down all day, at 15 weeks i would still be giving her 3 meals a day. Look on the back on the food packet and it will tell u how much to give her per day for her weight then split it into 3. What are u feeding her?

ps. ive moved your topic into the health section so reply in that forum Smile

I don't add vitamins myself, but I would be inclined to swap her onto a better food.

Moo is on Fish4Dogs. Order online, cheaper and no fuss!!

Some reccomendations here;

I agree with Carly. I don't leave food down all day because I can't judge whether the dog has eaten anything before he gets exercised. I'd keep to three meals a day & just split the recommended amount into three.

There really isn't any need to give wet food - it's about 70% water, and no good for their teeth. They get all the nutrition they need from the dry, as long as they have fresh water available at all times.

I'd steer clear of supermarket own brands, they've often got far too many additives & fillers in them - that's why they're cheaper!

You also don't need the wet food with it. The dry is enough.
