Daisy absolutly Loves these ones, she will slowly chew on others, but you bring one of this kinda along and its a differnt story....
I went and found it on a site you guys post with, cuz I was unsure if you have the same stores we do, so didnt know if you could see it....I'm kinda dumb sometimes.

Re: nylabones, wooho
It's a very tough nylon/plastic it is kind of edible in that very small pieces are chewed off and then pass straight through your dog.

Re: nylabones, wooho
Its like a hard plastic really, but made from nylon. They are just there to chew.Their teeth wear them down to stubs eventually.Tiny bits of the nylabone do get swallowed and pass safely, but its wise to wasch them as they play, incase they do get bigger bits from them wich wont pass safely.

Re: nylabones, wooho
nylabone is popular in Minnesota. i'm just paranoid about Herman getting too big a chunck that he can't pass. as the old saying goes, "just because i'm paranoid don't mean their not after me"

Re: nylabones, wooho
I Have found that Daisy has been chewing on them since she was a pup, and the only time she got a chunk that was to big was when we got her the wrong size, (we got her puppy one when she needed a normal). they are a tough nylon plastic, they are highly reccomended around here, are safer than raw hide. when they chew on them they will get tiny pieces about the size of a grain of rice, which is ok, they pass saftely. If you do purchase one I would reccomend makeing sure you watch when they have them as with any chewie er toy, but go ahead and read the info that comes with it. they are very helpful. It was the only way we could get daisy from destroying out walls, couch, bed, and everything else while she was teething. now she is awesome with them.

Re: nylabones, wooho
I love buying her food at petsmart, and her collars/jackets at petco. those are the two we have here in Fargo....The place I loved to take her was Waggy Tails, it was a puppy bakery basically, they sold other goods there also, but it was awesome, then they closed down, and can't find out why. Daisy loved their treats, and they werent that bad tasting lol. I donno if you have a Fleet farm around you but I have notice the nylabones are cheaper there, then at the chain stores. they also offer them at walmart, and our target has a few but not a decent selection. I guess finding out your so close, I am able to help let you know some info like this, I really hope it helps.

Re: nylabones, wooho
Vlad never really liked his. He prefers his Kong. He has a bigger bone thing he likes and a chewing ring... but he never really used his Nylabone.

Nylabones are fab!
Lola loves them and runs around with them, throws them around! She goes back and forth between the 3 of them
Would recommend to anyone!
My aunt in law got a new pup and she got puppy nylabones and she said she''d never go back!
