Sad dog
Long story shortened!
I had a hamster, she was bought for me by my best mate when I moved into my flat 19 months ago. I couldn't get a dog straight away as financially I wasn't sure I could afford one with the mortgage and all, so the hamster sufficed!
Eventually I decided on another dog and got Moo. The hamster and Moo strangley got on well and I could quite happily let the hamster out in her ball and Moo would just wonder around fixated by her. Even friends that came over found it amusing and fab that she never tried to eat it. They where in the same room whilst I was at work etc.
Anyway last night the hamster died, v sad yes. So when I got in from work this evening I took her out and popped her into a box and will bury her. I emptied the cage and popped it under the bed. I went into the bedroom later and Moo is under the bed lying by the cage (she never goes under the bed) so I pulled out the cage to show her it was now empty and for the past hour all so she won't leave the cage and just keeps whimmpering and crying whilst staying next to it! I feel so sorry for her, I probably sound like a mad women but I just can't get her to leave it!!
Sorry loooong story!!

Re: Sad dog
No, she was lovely but far too noisy at night! Bless her! Have had to put the empty cage back where it was to keep Moo calmer. It just sounds so silly! You would have to see it!
