So people do still have a heart! Really important to keep dogs on lead around frozen water though, I'd be beside myself in anything happened.

They really are heroes. There are the same stories every year about dogs falling through ice and people still let them offlead near frozen lakes and ponds. That poor dog looked exhausted and so scared.
