not computer i know but could anyone tell me what to do to be able to watch TV

gemma has a TV in her room but there is no connection to the outside ariel and it is not set up for the digital switch over so she hasnt been able to watch TV for a while. quite frankly her moaning is getting on my nerves can anyone help and tell us how she can watch TV upstairs

if she has a laptop or pc you can get a digital tv receiver for around £15 pounds, or a digi box and an amplifled aerial for the tv. if you are with sky, you can watch all sky programmes on line and others (bbc,itv,4 etc) online also

she's watching stuff on line but if she wanted to something thats on now she cant plus the TV is about 36 inch the laptop is 17

as long as you have a scart socket at the back of the tv, a digi box and a indoor digital aerial, best ones are the amplified ones

I know its not the same as a full size TV but, if you go to www.tvcatchup.com/ you could watch TV live its basicly Freeview on-line..! Also is the TV a Flat panel, as you could hookup the laptop to the TV via a VGA cable (that is if the TV supports it) but there will be no sound or if the TV has HDMI use that and both picture and sound will be sent..!
