feeling great tonight took marley for a walk on my own tonight. mid december i took him for his late night walk, nothing unusual, went the usual route. then when he had done his thing i bent down to clear it up, he got around the back of me, then he charged at something and the steel chain went crack around my ankle, took me over an hour to get home. next day went to the hospital and he'd managed to tear all the muscle etc in my leg. spent xmas on crutches, they said 3 months, it's been 6 weeks and i'm ready to go(kind of) can't wait for the long summer walks. thanks to anita my wife for taking over the walks, even got a thank you off a Labrador owner for keeping marley to my side away from his dog

Sounds like serious stuff! Glad you are on the mend, but take it easy so you make a full recovery.
