sorry I can't help.. I would love to try zumba but I have a dicky knee.
My hubby LOVES all the zumba adds.. all those spunky chicks in their skimpy tight outfits gyrating their hips! Laughing

I have the CD set. It is fantastic. Works wonders sitting in the cupboard Big Grin

Never got past the basic training bit - felt a proper idiot trying to get all those wiggles on even though nobody could see me clown

No idea which is better but at a guess WII fit may be more dignified haha

I got Wii Fit for Xmas and I think it's boring, so maybe the rumba one would be more entertaining.

I was also thinking playing some of the other sport games like Tennis would be similar to an upper body & cardio workout. Maybe you could play tennis while running on the spot. Big Grin

I know those dance moves, I use to do those all the time when I was younger. That was one of my favorite songs, I had the pants and all.
