Another visit to the vet
As mentioned before, Tyson has Entropion (a rolling in of the eyelids). With all the allergins in the atmosphere at the moment his eyes have been gummy the last day or two and this morning they were all bunged up. So I took him down to the vet to check that there was no infection. She had a good look and found that he did not have any major irritation or infection and after some drops and some oitment to apply twice a day we look good.
Will have to consider the surgery at some point. It is very delicate but our senior vet Dr Pete has had great success with it. He got a stuffed pink pig for being good which is now practically demolished.

I have been humming and ahhhing about the surgery and his eyes have been ok for awhile now. Just think that it is inevitable.

Hope he is getting along well. Our English Bulldog had a similiar issue but never ended up becoming surgical although we did have to use ointment twice a day.

Poor guy. The success rate for the surgery is extremely good. Expensive, but good!

Ty that does sound sore but the drops and ointment will help. The surgery sounds delicate but would be interested to hear how it goes. Glad to hear he is feeling better. Big hugs going your way ><
