I think her attachment to her toy is just coincidence.

give her a few weeks she may settle and stop or it could just be that she has a favourite toy now

It may be that she had a season?????? and this would be the time her babies are due cause they arnt here shes attached to a toy for comfort. Mother nature sometimes comes after a season and a phantom pregnancy ect will naturally follow, as she has now been spayed then its unlikely to happen in the future but for now give her the time and understanding to adjust >Big Grin<

I agree with Gem, sounds like a phantom pregnancy! Just keep an eye on her incase she is distressed with it all. They can get a bit down and out of sorts. Just ride with it for now and give her lots of love!
