Ollie peeing! Empty Ollie peeing!

Post by Beccaface Sun Dec 18 2011, 19:47

Hi!

Just wanted to know, Ollie doesn't * his leg up to pee, he still squats, is this normal?
I thought males cocked their leg up.
My little sister keeps saying "Ollie still pees like a girl!".
I hope he's normal, I know he's 'special' haha!

Thanks.

Maybe Ollie is lazy.
Or wants to be a lady.
Maybe I put my knickers on him too much?

Seriously, some dogs rarely lift their legs when they pee! He's still very young, and may start to lift his leg around 12 months or so.

Wouldn't be the worst thing if he never lifted his leg and sometimes they get their front paw. Squatting won't be as messy! However, very likely he will be doing it soon.

On that subject... Tyson still pees like a girl at 15 monts but my boy attempted to mark a tree yesterday. He made a half arsed attempt and I laughed. Bit hard to mark a tree from a squat Big Grin
