You need some lemonade. Pour some in a saucepan & heat it up till it's nice & warm, just before you go to bed, then drink it. I don't know how it works, but it does seem to.

Also, drink loads of cranberry juice. Helps fight the cold (sorry, man flu Rolling Eyes ) a bit quicker.
