Anyone else go to bed feeling OKish last night, but woke up feeling dog rough !? Headache, sore throat ... head colds are bloody 'orrible. I'm never ill, and when I am, it's usually for a random day or 2 (I even had the flu for 2 days a few years ago !) .. I had a cold a month or so or go for 2 days .. and I got it really bad that it really demotivated me, but I made it to work .. I love this time of year .. but not for the flu's, bugs and colds that go around thumbs down

My niece had a cough all weekend when we had her over .. I'm sure that's where it's come from !

Hope your feeling better soon. I hate this time of year too, we have had 6 weeks of illness between the kids and this week they have finally been a lot better. Harrison woke this morning all croaky and chesty so looks like he is going in with it again Sad

Chocolate and a cup of tea always works for me too!

Sorry to hear everyone has been poorly .. It hink it's done the rounds completely in this office too. I don't understand why people come in when they are ill and pass it around. I know no-one wants to be off work ill but it's hardly fair passing it around ! I've had too much chocolate this morning. Not to mention the box of Roses we've just been given ... meh !

Yeah a lot going round up here. Little one has recently started nursery so he is currently building up his immune system Sad

Both kids have had ear infections, chest infections, stomach bugs and conjunctivitis in the last 6 weeks and Ian and I have had the flu.
