Inapropriate messages to santa
i told you all about the norad tracks santa site. they also have a facebook page too this year. well on said facebook page they have posted that as it is a family site for children that they would apreciate it if no one posted any inapropriate messages and they apologise to nayone who saw any of them but they have now been deleted and the people responsible have been blocked form the site.
why do some poeple have to spoil things for the kids. for god sake its a sit about santa if your not interested dont go on

Why? What kicks do they get from doing it?
Let the kids have their dreams, they grow up soon enough!

My two stopped believing in Santa at their ownpace & in their own time, and I let them. It's wonderful to see the wonder on their faces when you tell them about the sleigh & the reindeer.
Why spoil that? Why take away that bright spark in a child's mind that is imagination?

Oh, that's sweet! We used to leave a mince pie, a glass of sherry & a carrot for Santa and his reindeer by the fireplace before the kids went to bed. Then we'd eat the mince pie (making sure we left some crumbs behind) drank the sherry (leaving a bit in the bottom of the glass - santa mustn'y get drunk!) and broke the large end off the carrot & left that on the plate as well (Rudolf doesn't like the end bit!). The kids would make a bee line for the plate on Christmas morning to see if santa had been!

i know we laugh now and say how gullable our kids were but its all part of the magic of being a kid. theres enough crap going on in the world that the kids dont need to know or worry about they just need to know that they get a visit from the tooth fairy if they loose a tooth and that some big fat fella with a red coat is gunna come down the chimney and leave them a present.

Couldn't agree more. They grow up so fast, please let kids be kids.
