Thanks for the kind words. My dog runs between 2-4 miles per day (along side a bike as he wants to run way faster than I can and my running is simply a warmup for him)30-45 min AM, walks/jogs about half that -45 min in eve, does spring pole and plays. A lot has to do with not overfeeding as well. He is a pretty stacked dog. Some others' do more extreme stuff, but that is pretty much it for Monte. I wouldn't do all that though with such a young gal. You have to work up to it.

Noa is still young for that, especially spring pole (her teeth aren't developed yet). u guys surely are an active duo! keep it up sir, u guys are doing a great job at staying fit! My Noa will have that Monte flex one day..
