i joined slimming world 3 weeks ago, and i got slimmer of the week last week and this week i got my 1/2 stone award! Im soooooooo happy!

I really need to lose some weight, but I like my food too much!!

That's the thing tho, so do i!
I can pretty much eat what i want ( within reason) im hardly ever hungry and u can have the odd glass of wine in the evening! It don't feel like a diet and the group i go to is fab!
This is coming from me who has been on every diet going fron Cambridge to atkins! Its fab i swear by it!

Might look it up...............Do you have to do excercise as well? Only I have a dodgy knee & a bad foot (decrepit) so all I can normally do is walk the dog, and even that's sometimes a bit tough!

No not at all u can do body magic if u want but u dont have to xxxx honestly if i can do it u can too x so much is free and u get 15 syns a day, i think its £10 ti join and £4.95 a week to weigh in, i stay for group cos its funny and we have a laugh but u dont have to xxxx im sat at work now eating sausage casserole which is free and yummy. I Could be ur buddy and if ur struggling im here as support or any questions i can help xxx

Na u can flexi syn, i think a bottle is 26 syns dry is less than sweet x give it a go if u dont like itt dont go again x

Just thought id give u an update on the weightloss :-\ i stayed tge same this week but i set a mini target of 3lbs for Monday! Fingers crossed ill be a good 2 sizes smaller for xmas and a great geal smaller for our honeymoon in April! Xxxx

Were off to the maldives for 2 weeks in april! Whoooohooo Rubys staying with my grandad who has Chester whos a golden lab, and they are bestest friends <3

I used to do slimming world.I lost 4lbs in one week.Its very good,you never feel hungry on it.I should start it again really.
