Smile My T*T

Post by Louise C Sun Oct 30 2011, 19:23

As I live in a flat I really can't have a bird garden, one of the things I really miss about not having my own garden as i love birds.
so I put a bird feeder right outside my window not really thinking birds would feed from it as it is right next to the window, but I thought I would try.
For months nothing, then a blue t*t landed and fed from the feeder and has been visiting every day now.

I managed to get this pic...

We have bird feeders in our garden, small that it is. We regularly used to get Blue tits, coal tits, Great tits (no sniggering at the back thank you) Goldfinches, bull finches, Greenfinches, robins, Blackbirds and pigeons. That was all before the days of Rocky though. Not too much since. Big Grin

I love wild birds, I could watch them for hours. We had a wren nesting in the ivy right next to our back door a couple of years ago!
