SORRY!!!!

Many, many apologies that I have not been on here as much over the last week
I stupidly let myself get nominated as secretary for an education committee relating to my work a few months ago and we had our first Executive Meeting last Wednesday and I'm still trying to write up the minutes as the ones from the AGM (last meeting) are no where to be found and the laptop I'm supposed to use is still at the previous secretaries house (doesn't help she's my boss)
On top of that we are going to the accountant tomorrow to get our tax done and I'm trying to find all the receipts etc as it's the first year we have been landlords (unfortunately we didn't sell our house in Adelaide when we moved last year and so had to lease it out). I'm slowly sinking under a mountain of paper
The dogs have gone and hidden on our bed cos I keep growling,

I can't find the stupid tax invoice for the house for May now, I'm sure you will hear me screaming at your house soon

Lee it is funny you would say that.. Winston was in the lounge asleep and Jethro was in our bedroom in his basket and Winston just let out this almighty eerie howl!! Went on for quite a few seconds!! Jethro just came staggering out the bedroom wondering what the hell it was..think it scared him!

No I couldn't find it, but we have all the end of year statements and bank statements and I'm sure we'll be paying this guy plenty to use his maths abilities, so I'm not bothered that way. Just really annoyed with the fact that it should be in the filing cabinet with all the others.
Can't blame my two for shredding it, they can't get in there

How frustrating..but like you say..make the tax accountant earn his keep!!

We all have our times when we are busy so no worries. Hopefully you will be able to settle back into a normal routine before long.
