you really should wait the full time, it gives the chance for the injection to kick in and the immune system to gain strength .. she still has the of chance of catching something at the moment, me personally i wouldnt risk it.

Wait the 12 days, try to be patient Smile

I know how ya feel i wanted to take Jack for a quick walk after he had his injection. But ya gotta stay on the side of caution when it comes to ya dogs safety.

Why dont you compromise and carry her and introduce her to the big world , showing her things will do her no harm Smile

I agree with Gem Big Grin Nothing wrong with carrying her around the block, she gets to see the big wide world and you get to take her out!

It would be irresponsible to go against the standard advice with vaccinations.

you know my vet didn't even tell me I had to wait ten days before taking him out :S

so I did take Russ out a lot after his last injection, but luckily he is okay!

I wouldn't risk it, wish I had the facts straight when I got Russ!
