Staffy smile. Empty Staffy smile.

Just a quick question. Roxie is now 14 weeks but has never panted, even though she now goes out and has a good run around. Just wondered if they do pant this young or not until they are a little older. I love the Staffy smile and can't wait for her to do it.

We didn't get Suki until she was 18-19 weeks old and she was smiling on day one.

She will Big Grin they pant to cool them selves down so maybe she isn't getting herself worked up if that makes sense.

The Staffy smile will come Xx

Got Saxon at 5 months and he's always been a smiler. I don't know when they start.

lemmy is 10 months and i have never seen that staffy smile from him unless he yawns. he never pants really badly even when he's been out for a good run. he gets plenty exercise but is never really out of breath

Tinkerbell is 17 months old and I have only seen the staffie smile on a couple of occasions, I suppose it just depends on the individual dog.
